  • How do I submit a prescription for my order?

    There are a few options to obtain a prescription for your PAP equipment:

    - We can request your prescription for you! Go to Request a Prescription, create an account and submit the form with your US based physician’s information.

    - If you would like to request your prescription from your physician yourself, you can utilize our Prescription form.

    - If you currently have a prescription in hand, please fax it to 708-966-5320, or call us at 630-994-CPAP (2727). You can also upload it directly via our site to your account! Click here to begin your upload.

  • What should I expect after I place my order?

    Please look out for a confirmation e-mail once your order has been submitted. This will indicate if there are any issues with your order. You will be able to track the status of your order by logging into your account.
